In the capital, over the past day, 6575 new cases of COVID-19 have been detected. This was reported in the operational headquarters for control and monitoring of the situation with coronavirus in Moscow. 1358 people were hospitalized, 426 people are currently connected to artificial ventilation devices.

43.7 percent of cases are people aged 18 to 45 years, 30.2 percent – from 46 to 65 years old, 10.2 percent – from 66 to 79 years old, 3.7 percent – over 80 years old. 12.2 percent are children. All patients, as well as those who have been in contact with them, are under medical supervision.

People with chronic diseases, as well as those over 65, should follow the home regimen. They need to avoid crowded places, temporarily abandon personal contacts with relatives who live separately and with friends. Today, students of 6-11 grades, students of colleges and universities, including federal ones, study remotely. The holding of cultural, exhibition, educational, leisure, entertainment and entertainment events with the participation of spectators has been temporarily suspended.

Employers should transfer to remote work at least 30 percent of employees, as well as all employees over 65 and those with chronic diseases.
