Under the chairmanship of the Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Chernyshenko, the projects of the heads of the digital transformation of the federal executive authorities were certified.

Deputy Prime Minister Viktoria Abramchenko, Minister of Economic Development Maxim Reshetnikov, Minister of Digital Development Maksut Shadayev, Rector of the Higher School of Economics RANEPA Vladimir Mau also took part in the presentation of projects as experts.

The project preparation coordinator was Maria Shklyaruk, Academic Director of the Center for Training Leaders for Digital Transformation of the Higher School of Economics, RANEPA.

Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Chernyshenko noted the well-coordinated work of the teams of participants, and also drew attention to the relevance of the stated topics. “I think it is fundamentally important when working on projects to clearly understand the positive effect of their implementation, namely, what people will get. After all, the mission of the Government is to improve the quality of life of every person. The training took place in interdepartmental teams, and this is a useful experience in the implementation of best practices, “the Deputy Prime Minister emphasized.

During the presentation, various projects were presented, including those on socio-economic topics.

One of them involves receiving the results of the COVID-19 analysis in real time through the Stopcoronavirus application or in your personal account on the public services portal. This is convenience for a person and efficiency in organizing treatment. During the defense of the project, it was noted that organizations working in the field of public events, sanitary and quarantine control services at the border are interested in this service.

From the point of view of convenience for citizens, the service for the prompt repayment of any types of debts within the framework of enforcement proceedings was noted. The digital tool allows you to send a request to bailiffs, get accurate information on the debt within minutes and pay online. This is true, for example, for passengers before departure.

The “Digital Response to Fraud” project provides for the creation of a mobile application that allows blocking incoming calls, SMS and MMS from suspicious phone numbers.

Another convenient automated service will simplify the work of the hotel business when transferring data for registration and migration accounting using a personal account on the government services portal or directly from hotel management systems.

Following the certification results, Dmitry Chernyshenko thanked the leadership of the academy and the team for the work done. “Today we are convinced that many projects need to be promoted further to their logical end. Ministers and heads of departments need to get involved and give specific instructions to implement best practices. This concerns the preparation of the regulatory framework, accounting for projects in current departmental programs, as well as synchronization with colleagues from other structures, if the project involves intersectoral interaction. At this stage, you need to move from an idea to a deed, ”said the Deputy Prime Minister.

Work on training leaders of digital transformation will continue in the future throughout the country. On behalf of the President, the leaders of digital transformation must be determined in each constituent entity of the country by December 1, 2020.
