The first convoy of the Russian Emergencies Ministry will tentatively arrive in Stepanakert in the middle of the day on November 21. At the moment, she has 70 km to go. The second column, formed in the Rostov region, is already moving through the territory of the Krasnodar Territory. Today it will cover 630 km of the way to its destination. In total, 35 pieces of equipment and about 40 personnel are involved.

Two convoys formed by the Ministry deliver 345 tons of humanitarian aid to Stepanakert. Construction materials are delivered by special transport to restore social infrastructure and houses of the affected population. The first humanitarian convoys left for Nagorno-Karabakh on November 20.

It should be reminded that the Russian Emergencies Ministry’s grouping together with representatives of municipalities continues to assess the damage caused during the inspection of damaged buildings in Stepanakert, Martakert, Martuni and Askeran.
