In Kamchatka, the crew of the MPK-82 small anti-submarine ship of the formation of water defense ships of the Troops and Forces in the North-East of Russia conducted a survivability training exercise.

The training of the sailors took place at the Caspian training and simulator complex (CPC) of the Pacific Fleet’s Submarine Forces. UTK is intended for practical training of crews of ships and vessels of the auxiliary fleet for actions to combat damage, as well as for psychological preparation of personnel for actions in emergency situations.

Anti-submarine men honed their actions to localize and extinguish the fire, as well as to eliminate the flow of seawater. In addition, the ship’s personnel worked out the organization of landing on life rafts.
