A new building was commissioned in the Ivanovskoye district in the east of the capital under the renovation program. Residents will be able to move to it in 2021, said the head Department of urban planning policy of Moscow Sergey Levkin.

“Soon the settlement of the newly commissioned new building will begin at the address: Zeleny Prospekt, 93a. More than 160 families will move here. The approximate date for the beginning of the settlement of the house is the second quarter of 2021, “said Sergei Levkin.

In Ivanovsky, three launch sites have been approved for the implementation of the renovation program. In total, 21 houses are to be resettled, where about four thousand people live.

In the HLW, 1,061 houses have been included in the renovation program; 82 launch sites have been selected for the wave resettlement of residents.

The renovation program was approved in 2017, it concerns about one million Muscovites and provides for the resettlement of 5174 houses (this is more than 350 thousand apartments). Since the start of the program, 75 houses have already been commissioned in the capital, most of which have been handed over for settlement. Now another 261 houses on 4.2 million square meters are being built and designed, with a total of 472 launch sites in operation.
