In Vilyuchinsk (Kamchatka Territory), the implementation of a program to expand modern social infrastructure for families of servicemen of the Pacific Fleet Submarine Forces continues.

As part of this program, the specialists of the Military Construction Complex are completing the construction of a seismic-resistant five-story building for naval sailors. There are 90 apartments in the building under construction: 40 one-room, 40 two-room and 10 three-room. The total area of ​​residential premises is 4497 ​​sq. meters.

All apartments are service apartments and will be put into operation on a turnkey basis with already finished finishing. Kitchen sets, sofas, armchairs, chairs, beds, wardrobes, including wardrobes, are purchased for furnishing apartments. Furniture for children’s rooms and hallways is provided.

There are 84 storage rooms in the basement of the house, on the ground floor of each entrance there are rooms for storing strollers, the entrances are equipped with ramps, in the yard there is a playground.

Taking into account the climatic features of the Kamchatka Territory, the designers used the most optimal architectural and technical solutions to ensure that the residential building meets the energy efficiency requirements. A comfortable temperature and humidity regime in the apartments will be maintained thanks to modern engineering networks, as well as the multilayer construction of the outer walls using heat and vapor barrier materials.

At present, the builders have begun to install window blocks, interior decoration and laying of engineering networks.
