The object with an area of more than a thousand square meters is intended for educational purposes and is available for rent for a period of 10 years, said the Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Economic Policy and Property and Land Relations Vladimir Efimov.
The non-residential premises are located in a two-story panel building built in 1982, which is located at: Kulakova street, building 3, building 2 … All other premises in the building are also owned by the city and have previously been rented for the placement of a private educational institution. The premises, which were put up for auction, were not previously used; after it was prepared for leasing, it was put up for open auction in electronic form. “Within the framework of the preferential program, representatives of small and medium-sized businesses can rent real estate in Moscow for up to 10 years at a price of one thousand rubles per square meter per year for basements and from 4750 rubles for objects on the ground floors and above. Since the beginning of 2020, 468 premises have been sold at a preferential rate for small and medium-sized businesses for a total amount of 447.1 million rubles of annual lease payments, ”said the Deputy Mayor.
According to the head Moscow City Department for Competition Policy Ivan Shcherbakov, preferential rentals for small and medium-sized businesses in the north-west of Moscow are in high demand among investors and city entrepreneurs.
“Since the beginning of the year, in the North-West Administrative District, 29 non-residential premises with an area of 2.95 thousand square meters were leased to small and medium-sized businesses for the amount of 17.6 million rubles. Competition during the auctions was six people per lot, ”he added.
