The mobile PCR laboratory, deployed at the infectious diseases hospital of the Central Military District (CVO) in the city of Chernogorsk in Khakassia, will conduct up to 150 tests per day.

The military specialists prepared the equipment for the analysis, and also made sure that it worked correctly, after which they conducted the first PCR studies of the samples delivered from the city hospital of Chernogorsk.

In the future, the laboratory will test PCR analyzes of patients undergoing follow-up treatment in a mobile hospital of the Central Military District with 100 beds, deployed on the basis of the V.I. Swan in Chernogorsk. In addition, the laboratory’s capabilities allow, if necessary, to provide assistance in carrying out the necessary research in the interests of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Khakassia.

The day before, the Central Military District laboratory was delivered to the city of Abakan by military transport aircraft and deployed on the basis of a mobile hospital on time.

The mobile laboratory is designed for sample preparation, preliminary express analysis of biological samples and samples from environmental objects, analysis of BPA of I, II pathogenicity groups by PCR in accordance with the requirements of sanitary rules. It is mounted in a KK6.2 container body on a KamAZ-6350 chassis.
