To this end, since November 14, 2020, as part of the peacekeeping contingent of the Russian Federation in Stepanakert, an operational group of the newly formed Center has already been deployed under the leadership of Major General Andrei Volkov, which ensures the safety of the return of refugees to Nagorno-Karabakh: during November 14, 2020, escort was carried out through the Lachin corridor 9 buses (250 people), 15 November – 19 buses (475 people), 16 November – 19 buses (482 people), 17 November – 24 buses (502 people).
