The goal is to form and process a unified tax database for the entire country. The cities of Dubna and Gorodets were selected to implement the project. In 2015, the first stages of data processing centers were launched. In 2020, the construction of the second stage was completed.
Information and physical security of data centers is implemented on the basis of the most modern technological solutions. The monitoring and remote control system automatically monitors and analyzes more than 20 thousand parameters. Data center fault tolerance meets TIER III level.
The new data center will allow the Federal Tax Service of Russia to move to a new level of quality of services provided. So, on its basis, dashboards of analytical tools, the State information resource for accounting (financial) reporting, an analytical portal, a digital platform, and monitoring of national projects will be developed.
The Joint Institute for Nuclear Research (JINR) was founded in 1956, is an international intergovernmental organization, which includes 18 member states, 6 associated states, as well as more than 900 partner organizations from 60 countries.
To date, a unique model of interaction between the science city of Dubna and one of the leading international scientific centers – JINR, has been formed in Dubna, which makes it possible to achieve synergistic effects in using the potentials of the status of a science city of the Russian Federation and the status of an international intergovernmental organization.
The NICA megascience project is being implemented in accordance with the JINR development plans and the Agreement between the Government of Russia and JINR on the creation and operation of a complex of superconducting rings based on colliding beams of heavy ions NICA. About 2000 scientists and specialists from 90 institutes from 26 countries of the world take part in the project.
After the NICA complex is launched, JINR scientists will be able to recreate in laboratory conditions a special state of matter in which the Universe was in the first moments after the Big Bang – quark-gluon plasma.
Also, the goal of the project is to create a world-class experimental base for conducting fundamental research on a number of the most pressing issues of modern high-energy physics and performing applied research in such areas of science and technology as radiobiology and space medicine, cancer therapy, development of reactors and waste transmutation technologies. nuclear power, testing of radiation resistance of electronic devices.
