The Prosecutor’s Office of the Republic of Tyva, together with the Center for Countering Extremism of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Republic of Tuva, in the course of monitoring the Internet, revealed the text of a book titled “Report to the Russian Gods of the Veteran of the Russian Movement” by Peter Khomyakov, which has signs of extremist material.

According to the results of the psychological and linguistic research, it was established that the book contains linguistic and psychological signs of incitement to hostility and discord in relation to groups of persons identified by national, national-territorial, racial characteristics.

The prosecutor’s office of the republic sent an administrative statement of claim to the court on recognizing the book as extremist material and confiscating its material carriers if they were found.

By the decision of the Kyzyl city court, the prosecutor’s office was satisfied, the book was recognized as extremist material.

After entering into legal force, the court decision will be sent to the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation for inclusion in the federal list of extremist materials, as well as to the Federal Service for Supervision of Communications, Information Technology and Mass Media for inclusion in the Unified Register of Domain Names, Site Indexes in the Internet and network addresses that allow you to identify sites on the Internet that contain information, the distribution of which is prohibited in the Russian Federation.
