In accordance with the instructions of the Commander-in-Chief of the Russian Navy, Admiral Nikolai Evmenov, the ceremony of admission to the newest small missile ship of project 22800 Odintsovo and the raising of the Andreevsky flag on it will take place on November 21 in Baltiysk. This is the first surface ship of the Russian Navy, which is equipped with the Pantsir-M anti-aircraft missile and artillery system.

It is planned that representatives of the Main Command of the Navy, the command of the Baltic Fleet, and the leadership of the Pella shipyard will take part in the flag-raising ceremony at the Odintsovo MRC.

Earlier, the Commander-in-Chief of the Navy approved the acceptance certificate, testifying to the successful completion of state tests of the ship. The acceptance certificate was approved by the Admiralty. “Tests of the sea version of the complex have been completed. The ship’s crew and shipbuilders ensured the successful conduct of sea and state tests of the Odintsovo MRK, – said Admiral Nikolai Evmenov.

RTOs are also equipped with high-precision weapons (Caliber complex), modern control systems, radio-technical weapons, radio communications, navigation, electronic warfare and countermeasures, anti-sabotage weapons, and portable anti-aircraft missile systems. MRK project 22800 is designed to perform tasks in the sea zone as part of detachments and groupings of warships, as well as individually.
