Bogotá (Nov. 16/20). At the end of her speech, Chancellor Claudia Blum invited States to eliminate discrimination and incitement to hatred, to promote interreligious and intercultural dialogue within and between nations, and to improve human rights education. “These efforts are important steps in the joint goal of fighting intolerance and violence, and building peaceful societies,” he concluded.
