QUALIFICATION Interested in professional qualification for the sector can apply until November 30

The deadline for enrollment in the Tourism Manager courses and tourist services for Brazil Braços Abertos (BBA) which would end this Monday (16.11) has been extended for two more weeks. Now, anyone interested in improving knowledge and qualifying in the area has until November 30 to start the online and free training offered by the Ministry of Tourism. So far, the two courses have more than 40,500 students in course and must be completed by December 30 this year. (Click to register: BBA http://bba.turismo.gov.br/ / Gestor de Tourism http://gestor.turismo.gov.br/) The National Secretary for Tourism Development and Competitiveness, William França, reinforces the importance of specialized professionals to consolidate a sustainable resumption of tourism. “We need trained professionals to help us strengthen tourism after this difficult period. Now is the time to resume activities and the best way to do that is with qualifications ”, stressed the secretary. The training in Tourism Manager is aimed at Brazilians and foreigners over 18 and has a workload of 50 hours, divided into 35 units. During the course, topics such as planning, project design, tourism and hiring legislation, programs and MTur actions will be covered. BBA has a total of 80 class hours and includes content such as English, ethics and marketing, transmitted through games and videos. At the end of classes, the student must reach a minimum score of 696 points to issue a certificate certified by the MTur and the Federal Institute of Rio de Janeiro (IFRJ). Edition: Rafael Brais
