To meet the staffing needs in care and support institutions, the Department of Health and Social Action (DSAS) calls on active health professionals, retirees, self-employed workers. .es and people looking for new challenges to temporarily strengthen teams in the field of community care, mainly for medico-social accommodation and home help and care.

The current development of the Covid-19 pandemic in the canton of Vaud puts significant pressure on community care staff. The increasing absences of sick or quarantined staff are putting pressure on the system and creating a need for reinforcements in health workers.

In order to continue to provide the best possible care for residents in medico-social establishments (EMS), socio-educational establishments (ESE), psychosocial medical establishments (EPSM) and beneficiaries of assistance and home care, the DSAS wishes to temporarily strengthen the multidisciplinary teams active on a daily basis in the field and calls on all health professionals ready to make their contribution.
