With its help, residents of the country can quickly send appeals to specific departments and receive answers to their questions. At the first stage, the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Education and the Mandatory Health Insurance Fund participate in the experiment – their services are especially in demand among the population. Citizens can send their appeals to these ministries through special widgets posted on the websites of regional and municipal authorities. The status and results of the review are displayed in your personal account on a single portal of public services.

More than 50 regions are already participating in the experiment, which is supervised by the Ministry of Digital Science. The Government decree will allow replicating this experience throughout the country.

The issue was considered at an operational meeting with deputy prime ministers on November 16… According to Mikhail Mishustin, it is extremely important to establish a reliable and effective feedback mechanism between citizens and the state. “Everyone who needs help should be able to directly contact the department or the official on whom the solution of his problem depends. Contact and get an answer. This format of interaction is an important part of the “service” model of the state, which is being created for the convenience of citizens, ”the head of government stressed.
