The metal panel, installed in the very center of the recreation area in the city of Yelizovo, opened the day before, was made by the convicts. It took the Labor Adaptation Center IK-6 of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia for the Kamchatka Territory only a week to create three faces, more than three meters high and more than five wide (from the front), from the conclusion of the contract to the transfer of the finished product to the customer.

The inscriptions, images of the first cosmonaut of the Earth Yuri Gagarin and other complex elements were made using a plasma cutter with numerical control. The preparation of the metal, its grinding and painting were carried out manually.

We add that the production sector of the Kamchatka penitentiary system closely cooperates with the administration of the city of Elizovo. Earlier, a memorial sign was installed in the park to the soldiers-fellow countrymen who died in peacetime while performing their official duty during military service. The metal book, two by one and a half meters in size, was also made by citizens serving sentences in a strict regime colony. In a general regime colony located in Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky, currently employed convicts are making a stage in the form of a shell for the Fairy Tale Park.
