Neighborhood project 136 in the Vykhino-Zhulebino district
The total area of the territories on which construction and improvement work will take place is about 170 hectares.
For four Vykhino-Zhulebin microdistricts, territorial planning projects have been developed and approved, which provide for the construction of educational, medical and sports facilities. This was announced by the head Department of urban planning policy of Moscow Sergey Levkin.
“Under the renovation program, eight social facilities, including schools, kindergartens and sports and recreation centers, will be built in microdistricts 128b-v, 137-138 and 136 of the Vykhino-Zhulebino district in the south-east of Moscow,” he said.
The head of the department specified that the construction of an educational institution for 400 places, a polyclinic for 320 visits per shift and a sports and recreation complex with a swimming pool are planned in microdistrict 128b-v. A school and a kindergarten for 400 and 150 places will appear in microdistricts 137-138, respectively. In microdistrict 136, a kindergarten with a swimming pool for 300 places will be built, as well as a sports and recreation center, where it will be possible to practice, among other things, water sports. Additionally, an educational cluster for 900 students will be created.
The area of the territories on which construction and improvement work will take place is about 170 hectares. Courtyards with playgrounds and sports grounds will appear next to the houses, intra-quarter driveways will be built, the road network will be reconstructed, bicycle paths will be laid and new parking spaces will be created.
In the Vykhino-Zhulebino district, the renovation program includes 60 houses, in which more than 14.7 thousand people live. For the organization of wave resettlement, three launch sites were approved at the following addresses: Academician Skryabin Street, possession 3/1, Samarkand Boulevard, possession 15, Fergana proezd, possession 14.
The renovation program was approved in August 2017, it included 5174 houses. To implement the program, a list of 472 launch sites has been created.
