The CEC of Russia decided, in connection with the early termination of mandate of the Deputy of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation of the seventh convocation Alexander Nekrasov, elected as part of the federal list of candidates nominated by the Political Party “COMMUNIST PARTY OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION”, to transfer the vacant mandate to a registered candidate from the federal list of candidates nominated party “COMMUNIST PARTY OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION”, Roman Lyabikhov.

The Commission registered Roman Lyabikhov as a Deputy of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation of the seventh convocation.

Member of the CEC of Russia Yevgenia Orlova explained that this change will optimize the expenditures of the federal budget for the implementation of the Consolidated plan of the main activities of the RCOIT at the CEC of Russia.

“The plan reduced the limits of budget allocations as a result of competitive procedures and non-use of funds. No training activities were carried out due to restrictive measures,” noted Yevgenia Orlova.
