They will be built in the areas of Babushkinsky, Butyrsky, Losinoostrovsky, Marfino, Maryina Roshcha, Otradnoye and Severnoye Medvedkovo.
From January to November this year, nine projects of houses under the renovation program in the north-east of Moscow have been agreed, the chairman said. Moskomexpertiza Valery Leonov… New buildings will appear in Babushkinsky, Butyrsky, Losinoostrovsky, Marfino, Maryina Roshcha, Otradnoye and Severnoye Medvedkovo districts.
“In total, thanks to the projects that will be implemented in the North-Eastern Administrative District, residential buildings with a total area of more than 228 thousand square meters will appear in the capital. These are 2,200 apartments where residents of the outdated five-story buildings will be able to move, ”said Valery Leonov.
Houses under construction under the renovation program are modern buildings in which all conditions for a comfortable life are created. The design documentation provides for the installation of underground parking in cases where it is possible, the installation of modern energy-efficient engineering systems in the house, as well as the complete interior decoration of the premises. According to the decree of the Moscow Government, a complex of finishing works is being carried out in the apartments: laminate is laid on the floor in the apartments, the walls are covered with wallpaper for painting, and tiling is provided in the bathrooms and in the kitchen. Among other things, workers install lighting fixtures, sockets, stoves and plumbing fixtures.
When building houses under the renovation program, other aspects important for residents are also taken into account. For example, on the ground floors there are non-residential premises where it will be possible to open, for example, shops and pharmacies.
According to Valery Leonov, much attention is paid to the quality of work and finishing materials in the design documentation submitted for examination. Experts evaluate not only the structural and architectural features of buildings, but also work in the adjacent territory, including landscaping and the creation of infrastructure for residents: sports and playgrounds, recreation areas. It is also important that new homes create a barrier-free environment for residents with limited mobility.
