The new building is already ready at the first address, at the end of this year the first 185 residents of the old five-story building will start moving into it, ”he said.
Voikovsky is the fifth district in the north of Moscow, where the participants of the renovation program receive modern housing instead of outdated ones. After complete resettlement, the five-story building on Narvskaya Street will be dismantled using smart demolition technology, and a new building will appear in its place. In total, within the framework of the program, 33 residential buildings will be resettled and demolished in the district.
“In the north of the capital, since the start, new houses have been settled in the Beskudnikovsky, Dmitrovsky and Timiryazevsky districts,” the head of the Department recalled. “More than 1.4 thousand Muscovites have already moved and received new apartments with improved finishing.”

The renovation program was approved in 2017. Deputy Mayor of Moscow in the Moscow Government for Urban Development Policy and Construction Andrey Bochkarev clarified that during this time 75 houses were put into operation, most of which were transferred for settlement.
