Specialists Moscow Center for the Development of Human Resources in Educationdeveloped a virtual simulator “Success for every child” for class teachers. This is a unique instrument that has no analogues in the world.

The simulator contains over 130 scenarios and situations taken from real school life. By solving the tasks inherent in the simulator, teachers will be able to understand what skills they need to develop. The diagrams show the emotional state of the student, so that the teacher can analyze the child’s reaction to certain words or actions. The simulator will be useful not only for students of pedagogical universities, but also for experienced teachers.

“The simulator selects case studies individually. The emotional reactions and behavior of virtual schoolchildren in the simulator correspond to the psychological characteristics and patterns of behavior of real children. Educators can analyze their influence on the development of a child’s personality and learn effective ways of interaction without the risk of negative consequences for real students. The program will help class teachers work out different styles of pedagogical behavior and see which one is most useful for schoolchildren, ”said Alexei Rytov, director of the Moscow Center for the Development of Human Resources in Education.

The virtual simulator for teachers is a continuation of the “Management simulator” created by the Moscow Center for the Development of Human Resources in Education. More than three thousand school principals use it not only in the capital, but also in other cities of Russia.
