Employees of the Main Directorate of EMERCOM of Russia in the Krasnodar Territory prepared a comprehensive program for representatives of the ONF Youth team, medical volunteers, the Russian Youth Union and students of the Krasnodar Humanitarian and Technological College, within which activists not only learned about the work of the emergency response units, but also studied basic rules for the actions of citizens in the event of an emergency.

Employees of the Specialized Emergency Response Unit (SCER) conducted a tour of the unit, shared their experience in introducing new fire extinguishing technologies and conducting emergency rescue operations, in ensuring safety during events of Federal and International significance, such as the XXII Winter Olympic and XI Paralympic Games in Sochi 2014, Russian Grand Prix “Formula 1”. The participants were told about the procedure for giving civil defense signals and the rules for using personal protective equipment for the respiratory organs and skin. We held a master class on first aid in case of road accidents, during which the ONF Youth activists were able to consolidate their knowledge while performing practical tasks. The invitees noted that the event turned out to be very interesting and useful, because the knowledge they received can really help them in an emergency situation and save someone’s life and health.
