At the Mulino training ground in the Nizhny Novgorod region, a special lesson was held on camouflage with a company of snipers of a separate tank brigade of the Red Banner Guards Tank Army of the Western Military District (ZVO).

As part of the lesson, the servicemen learned how to choose the correct and advantageous position for firing, ensure the camouflage of the firing position in accordance with the natural features of the terrain, and silently and imperceptibly take a new line. The camouflage of servicemen was carried out both with regular and field, natural camouflage means of the terrain.

After the successful occupation of firing points, snipers fired more than 1,500 combat shots at static and dynamic targets from cover at a distance of 400 to 1,500 meters. The shooting was carried out from rifles SVD and VSS “Vintorez”.

More than 50 snipers from a separate tank brigade of the ZVO Guards Tank Army took part in a special lesson.
