During the 2016-2020 period, more than 6,000 models on implementing mass mobilisation have been deployed across the locality, contributing to inspiring public participation in realising political tasks, facilitating socio-economic development and maintaining security and defence in Phu Tho province.

Speaking at the event, Politburo member, Secretary of Party Central Committee (PCC) and Head of the PCC’s Commission for Mass Mobilisation Truong Thi Mai applauded the 94 role models who come from different social backgrounds and sectors in the province.

She asked the local authorities to pay greater attention to fostering the mass mobilisation movement while encouraging local people to further participate and make greater contributions therein.

She also requested the local fatherland front, political and social organisations to collect public opinions and continue working to ensure the legitimate rights and interests of their members in order to serve as bridges linking the Party and people from all walks of life.

At the ceremony, the provincial Party Committee awarded 26 prizes to the best entries in a press contest on exemplary models of mass mobilisation. Accordingly, two A, six B; eight C and 10 consolation prizes were presented across four categories – printing, online, television and radiobroadcast.
