Since the beginning of the year, three projects of residential buildings have been approved in the South Administrative District under the renovation program. “The houses will be erected in three districts of the district: on Sevastopolsky Avenue in the Donskoy District, in Peresvetov Lane in the Danilovsky District and on Rechnikov Street in Nagatinsky Zaton. In total, more than 650 apartments have been designed in the houses for the program participants, ”the head of the department noted.

Before agreeing on projects, Mosgosexpertiza specialists check them for completeness of data and compliance with initial permits. Projects must also meet the requirements of technical regulations, including space-planning, architectural and structural solutions, as well as comply with sanitary-epidemiological and environmental requirements, fire safety requirements, and so on.

“At present, another 259 houses on 4.3 million square meters are being built and designed. A total of 464 launch sites are in operation, ”the deputy mayor added.

The renovation program was approved in 2017. It provides for the resettlement of 5174 houses. More than one million Muscovites will be able to improve their living conditions. New settlers are provided with apartments with improved finishes, and social infrastructure is being created in the neighborhoods.
