The seven-story building will house specialized departments and an emergency room.

A polyclinic for adults will be built in Strogino. The construction project has already been approved, said the chief architect of Moscow, first deputy chairman Committee for Architecture and Urban Planning of the city of Moscow Sergey Kuznetsov…

“Moskomarkhitektura has approved the project of a new polyclinic for 750 visits per shift in Strogino. Its total area will be over 10 thousand square meters. In general, it will be a high-quality facility, which will be a good addition to the urban environment of the region, and will also serve the development of the city’s social infrastructure, ”he said.

The rectangular building will consist of two volumes of variable number of storeys. Functionally, they are also divided into two parts – the emergency room and the polyclinic itself. On each of the seven floors, specialized departments will be located – rooms for functional diagnostics, radiation diagnostics, prevention and rehabilitation.

The composition of the facades will be made through the play of volumes and texture of materials. For finishing, builders use light-colored glass fiber reinforced concrete slabs.

For the next three years, construction of 39 medical facilities is planned in the capital, including more than 20 outpatient clinics.

Landscaping of 11 polyclinics has begun, where overhaul is being completed
