In total, it is planned to relocate 28 houses to 1676 apartments in the district.

The renovation program was approved in August 2017, it included 5174 houses, in which more than a million people live. Today 464 launch sites have been selected for construction.

There is no need to make repairs in new housing: the walls in the rooms, kitchen and corridor are covered with non-woven wallpaper, and in the bathroom and toilet they are tiled.
