Bogotá (Oct. 23/20). Today the X Meeting of the Mixed Commission for Technical and Scientific Cooperation between Colombia and Chile took place, a meeting chaired by the Director of International Cooperation of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Colombia, Ambassador Marcela Ordóñez Fernández and María Soledad Lucero, Executive Director (S) of the Chilean Agency for International Development Cooperation (AGCID).

During the development of the meeting, the parties agreed to strengthen cooperation between the two countries and prioritize efforts, actions and resources in initiatives to promote social and economic recovery as a result of the impact of the pandemic in both countries.

Nine projects were approved that the two countries will develop in the 2020-2022 period, aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), in the sectors of environment, institutional strengthening, social policies and disaster management.
