From October 26 to October 30, new informative lectures, online exhibitions and a virtual tour are waiting for Muscovites on their websites and official YouTube channels. You can join most of the events free of charge and without prior registration.

October 26 at 14:00 at the official YouTube channelMuseum-reserve “Tsaritsyno” will host the first lecture from the cycle “White gold of kings”. On it, users will learn how porcelain was delivered from the Far East to the Russian Empire and why Russian craftsmen for a long time could not figure out the secret of its manufacture. And on October 28 at the same time, at 14:00, subscribers are invited to join the second and third lectures of the cycle. The audience will be told about the flourishing of porcelain production in Europe in the 18th century and about the creator of Russian porcelain – chemist Dmitry Vinogradov.

For four centuries, the village of Kolomenskoye served as the favorite summer residence of Moscow princes. Each century has brought something new to the architectural appearance of this place. Thanks to this, today in a small area of ​​the reserve one can find samples of many architectural styles – from traditional Russian architecture of the early 16th century to the Empire style of the early 19th century.
