Participants of public discussions on the site “Active Citizen” can make their suggestions and comments.

An additional recreation area may appear on the section of the park between the Moscow Canal and Levovoberezhnaya Street. This issue was brought up for discussion in the draft “Active Citizen”… Until November 1, you can express your opinion on changing the rules of land use and development in relation to the territory at the address: Levoberezhnaya Street, possession 13. This was reported Juliana Knyazhevskaya, Chairman of the Moskomarkhitektura.

Until 2016, there was a rescue station on the territory of the park, which in recent years has not been used for its intended purpose. Since the city is always considering additional opportunities for the placement of new sports facilities or places intended for recreation and leisure, the territory was decided to be improved.

Within the framework of the project, it is planned to lay new walking trails and paths, create sports grounds and zones for sports games. Information stands with information about the surrounding nature will be placed in the park and the necessary environmental measures will be taken.

“The task of the city is to identify territories that are not used for their intended purpose or have lost their function, and in the future to reorganize such areas with maximum benefit, for example, for sports and walking. As you can see, there is already a tendency in the capital to participate in marathons and outdoor training, ”noted Yuliana Knyazhevskaya.

You can ask questions to specialists and make suggestions on this project using a special form on the site of the “Active Citizen” project. All proposals from citizens will be passed on to the developers.

To participate in public discussions, you must register on the mos.ru portal and fill in the data in your personal account. You can learn more about how to join the project on a special page…
