More than 50 thousand Muscovites have already joined the online classes.

Project “Moscow longevity”begins an online cycle of master classes led by celebrity experts in the fields of style, acting, literary arts and wellness. Participants will talk live with actor Alexander Oleshko, singer Nadezhda Babkina, fashion historian Alexander Vasiliev, TV presenter Mikhail Shirvindt, and healthy eating expert Sergei Malozemov.

Acting and a sense of style

Alexander Oleshko will open a new series of master classes. He will share with the Muscovites of the older generation the secrets of the acting profession, tell you how to stay on stage, and show you how to breathe correctly. The master class will primarily be of interest to those who are involved in the theatrical circles of “Moscow Longevity”.

At a master class on fashion and style, Alexander Vasiliev will talk about how women over 50 to look elegant and what wardrobe elements will make the look stylish. The expert will also share the rules of good taste and life hacks of some famous personalities.

Mikhail Shirvindt will tell you how to master the basics of writing. This master class will suit Muscovites who have started attending a literary workshop.

Sergey Malozemov will hold a lesson where he will share the principles of healthy eating. In addition, a specialist will give recommendations on how to choose the right foods, which ones are best to avoid, and which ones should be included in the diet for older people.

Nadezhda Babkina will give advice on how, at any age, not to be afraid to move towards the goal and discover new facets of talent. Also, the famous singer and TV presenter will share the secret of her success with the participants in the Moscow Longevity project.

Due to the coronavirus epidemic, all classes of the Moscow Longevity project are held online. Muscovites of the older generation can attend classes in about 30 areas. Among them are general physical fitness, dancing, handicrafts, English, intellectual games, yoga, gymnastics, acting and others. Participants can also join online lectures on healthy lifestyles, fashion and style classes, a literature workshop and online excursions.
