Andrei Shishmakov, deputy head of IK-9 of the Russian Federal Penitentiary Service for the Perm Territory, was returning home from service in a private car. As he drove past the store, he noticed that the salesman who had run out into the street was waving his hands and shouting for help. An employee of the GUFSIN immediately parked and went out to ask the girl what had happened.
It turned out that there was a theft in the store. The man disappeared into a nearby yard. The security officer of the store rushed after him, but it turned out that more than one was waiting for him for the thief of the goods. Andrey Shishmakov reacted quickly and rushed to the yard to help.
– I ran around the corner of the house and saw that a group of people were beating up a guard. I called out to them. They began to scatter, but I still managed to catch the man who committed the theft. I twisted it, took it back to the store. He tried in every possible way to break free, persuaded to let him go, – says Andrei Shishmakov.
After delivering the man to the store and returning the stolen goods to the seller, Andrey Shishmakov waited for the police officers who arrived at the crime scene. Professionalism and the ability to navigate in a difficult situation helped the employee of the penal system to help people.
