Caracas – Today, October 26, the process of the exhumation of the mortal remains of Doctor José Gregorio Hernández Cisneros, known as “the Doctor of the Poor”, will begin: the Venezuelan doctor born in Isnotú on October 26, 1864, dedicated his life at the service of the poorest and of all those who needed it, demonstrating to be a great medical professional, scientist, thinker and above all a fervent believer in God.
