Servicemen of the Military Police and the Military Automobile Inspectorate (VAI) of the Central Military District (CVO) are taking exams based on the results of combat training in 2020. About 1,000 servicemen were involved in the control exercises in the garrisons of the Urals, Siberia, the Volga region, as well as at Russian military bases in Tajikistan and Kyrgyzstan.

In the course of control exercises, servicemen pass standards for physical training, shooting from standard weapons, as well as theoretical tests for knowledge of the legal foundations of the activities of military police and military aviation units. Also, during the control check, the skills of driving special equipment on off-road and in urban conditions, as well as the use of regular special equipment, will be assessed.

The Central Military District is deployed on the territory of three federal districts and 29 constituent entities of the Russian Federation. The okrug structurally includes a number of foreign objects: the 201st military base on the territory of Tajikistan, the united military base in Kyrgyzstan. The headquarters is located in Yekaterinburg.
