According to statistics, almost 15 percent of the cards are for children.

Since the beginning of the year, more than 1.4 million Muscovites have gained access to their electronic medical records. At first, the townspeople could see the protocols of doctors’ examinations in the polyclinic, the results of laboratory and instrumental studies, as well as discharge from hospitals. Then separate sections on both child and adult vaccination appeared in the electronic map. Muscovites now have the opportunity to download documents with the history of childhood vaccinations (made before the age of 18) and immunodiagnostic tests performed in private and federal clinics, and other medical documents. Also, residents of Moscow can fill out a questionnaire with a personal history in the card.

“Currently, more than 1.4 million Muscovites have access to their electronic medical records. According to statistics, almost 15 percent of the cards are for children, they account for almost 213 thousand cards. Citizens got access to their electronic medical records at the beginning of the year. Such a service is convenient for both doctors and patients, so we are constantly working on its development and adding new functions, ”said

Anastasia Rakova, Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Social Development.

The electronic medical record service was developed by the Department of Health, the Committee for Public Services and the Department of Information Technology. To access the electronic medical record, on the mos.ru portal, go to the Service Catalog, select the section “Health”, service “Request, change and cancellation of access to electronic medical record”, click “Get a service” and fill out the application, following the instructions. After that, access to the electronic medical record will be provided within five working days.

At the end of June, the electronic medical record also became available from smartphones in a mobile application “EMIAS.INFO”… The application can be downloaded from Google Play or AppStore. To access the electronic medical card through the application, you must first register access to it on mos.ru. For the correct operation of mobile applications, you need to monitor their timely updates.

Muscovites can automatically upload their vital signs to the “Health Diary” section from the Apple Health and Google Fit apps. The transmitted health diary data, with the consent of the patient, will be available to the doctor in real time.
