Who does this notice affect?

All clients required to create new permit applications or access existing application documents within the department’s Biosecurity Import Conditions (BICON) system.


The issue causing a service disruption to BICON has now been resolved.

Clients can perform the following functions as normal:

  • Create new import permit applications
  • Access help files
  • Account management such as password resets, creating new accounts or joining existing accounts
  • Access hyperlink resources saved as documents

The department apologises for any inconvenience caused.
