Up to 50 percent of the ticket price will be returned to those who use the metro in the morning at certain times. The experiment will begin on November 2.

An experiment will be conducted in Moscow to provide a discount of up to 50 percent to metro passengers. It will operate on the Tagansko-Krasnopresnenskaya and Nekrasovskaya lines. Wrote about it Sergei Sobyaninon its official Twitter page.

The Early Time project starts on November 2 and runs until July 2 of next year. The discount can be received by passengers who will enter any station of the Tagansko-Krasnopresnenskaya and Nekrasovskaya lines on weekdays at a certain time. The action applies to the morning hours from the opening until 07:15 and from 08:45 to 09:15. To enter, Muscovites need to use one of the Troika cards (1, 3, 30, 90, 365 days, 60 trips). The funds saved through the discount will be returned weekly for the Wallet ticket.

The experiment will unload the Tagansko-Krasnopresnenskaya line. Now it is the busiest in the capital. Off-peak travel discounts will help balance passenger traffic and keep drivers on schedule. In addition, it will be easier for people to maintain social distance.

The results of the experiment will be reviewed regularly. Muscovites will be able to check the amount of money saved in the Moscow Metro application after the start of the pilot project.
