Mikhail Mishustin and Dmitry Medvedev discussed the preparation of a new three-year budget

Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin met with the head of the All-Russian political party “United Russia”, Deputy Chairman of the Security Council Dmitry Medvedev.

They discussed, in particular, the preparation of a draft of a new three-year budget for 2021 and for the planning period of 2022 and 2023. The work on it was carried out with the active participation of representatives of “United Russia”, including the consideration of the most important issues related to funding priorities.

At the end of September, the Government submitted a draft budget to the State Duma, where joint work on it continues in a new, broader format.

Mikhail Mishustin and Dmitry Medvedev agreed that the final document should preserve its social orientation and ensure the implementation of the national development goals formulated by the President. The joint work of representatives of the party and members of the Government is aimed at solving these problems.

Mikhail Mishustin also noted the great contribution of United Russia to resolving issues on the current agenda. “The government is attentive to all the initiatives of the party representatives to improve the situation in the economy and create decent living conditions for people,” he stressed.
