The competition was organized by the Moscow Innovation Cluster Foundation with the support of the Innopraktika non-governmental development institute. Companies that have developed technological solutions in the field of HR-tech, talent-tech, preschool, school, corporate and additional professional education can take part in it.

Moscow innovation cluster (MIC) is a unique project for the implementation of innovations and the development of cooperation between large corporations, industry, small and medium-sized businesses, educational and scientific organizations, development institutions and the city. MICA members have access to tools and support measures for the development of innovative solutions. The project is supervised by the Moscow Department of Entrepreneurship and Innovative Development.
Today, almost 12.5 thousand organizations are members of the cluster. Participant status is assigned to legal entities and individual entrepreneurs registered in Moscow. About six thousand more companies have received the status of MIK partner. It allows regional organizations to use most of the metropolitan services of the i.moscow digital platform.
Innopraktika is a non-state development institution that implements projects aimed at the growth of national human capital, including through the development of structures and mechanisms of an innovative economy. The company has been operating since 2012. It unites the Center for the National Intellectual Reserve of the Moscow State University named after M.V. Lomonosov and the Foundation for the Support of Scientific and Project Activities of Students, Postgraduates and Young Scientists “National Intellectual Development”.
