Ambulance and emergency medical care station named after A.S. Puchkova received a patent for a complex for prompt assistance to patients. For this system, using artificial intelligence, special polling algorithms have been developed based on complaints that city residents apply to an ambulance.
The algorithm works like this: the unified city dispatch center of the Moscow ambulance receives calls from citizens, then the dispatchers process the calls – ask questions and put marks in the system opposite the desired answer. Then the data goes to the information system, where the complaints are evaluated. The system analyzes information online using artificial intelligence and determines the urgency of the call. In addition, there is a centralized management of mobile ambulance and emergency teams.
Today, the Ambulance and Emergency Station named after A.S. Puchkova is the largest medical organization in the city. It includes 60 substations and 107 posts, of which 20 posts are located on major highways, 10 – on the Moscow Ring Road, and 77 – on the territories of hospitals and clinics. This station employs 2,500 doctors and 8,400 specialists with secondary medical education.
