The Frunzensky District Court of Vladivostok issued a verdict in a criminal case against the former Director General of OJSC Far Eastern Energy Management Company. He was found guilty of a crime under Part 4 of Art. 160 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (embezzlement).

The court established that from 2011 to 2012, the defendant, with the complicity of the director of one of the legal entities, entered into fictitious contracts for the provision of legal services and charitable donations.

As a result of these criminal acts, about 700 million rubles were damaged.

Having found the defendant guilty of committing this crime, the court sentenced him to 2 years 6 months in prison with serving in a general regime correctional colony and with a fine of 800 thousand rubles.

The verdict did not come into legal force.
