In the renovated canteen of the fighter regiment of the Baltic Fleet, pilots, engineers and conscripts will be treated to Belarusian dishes. The Day of Belarusian Cuisine will take place in the large hall of the dining room, which has recently been renovated and refurbished. It can serve up to 740 meals and is equipped with a food service line with buffet elements.
The dining room consists of two dining rooms for conscripts and flight personnel and a hall where all the conditions for feeding fighter pilots have been created. The dining room also contains five main functional groups of premises – production, storage, administrative and technical. The canteen’s brewhouses are equipped with the most modern technology, which makes it possible to fully prepare all types of dishes for military personnel in compliance with all the standards adopted by the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation.
A feature of the renovated canteen is cooking according to two standards of allowance for pilots and engineering personnel. For each meal, at least two first courses, three cold snacks, three meat and fish dishes, three side dishes, as well as several types of compotes, fruit drinks and juices will be prepared here. The salad bar will offer a choice of fresh, pickled and pickled cucumbers and tomatoes, several types of cabbage, fresh or Korean carrots, olives, olives, greens, peppers, radishes, canned beans, corn and green peas, canned vegetable snacks and dr.
The participation of chefs in the distribution of dishes will allow to comply with the completeness of bringing the prescribed norms of allowance to each serviceman, as well as to maintain the established requirements of sanitary norms and rules.
The premises of the dining room are multifunctional and allow, in addition to eating food, to organize leisure activities.
