The multifunctional medical center, built by the forces of the Russian Ministry of Defense in Omsk, is working at full capacity to treat infectious patients.

Currently, both military personnel and civilians who were admitted to the hospital with signs of colds, including coronavirus infection, are being treated at the multifunctional center.

Patients are monitored around the clock by qualified medical personnel who have received additional training in the diagnosis and treatment of the new coronavirus infection COVID-19.

Thanks to modern equipment – computed tomography, equipment for anesthesiology, endoscopy, ultrasound machines, extracorporeal membrane oxygenation and a supply of drugs – the medical center can treat not only infectious diseases, but also other therapeutic pathologies. The diagnostic capabilities of the multifunctional medical center make it possible to carry out all the necessary examinations in the shortest possible time, while reducing the time for making the final diagnosis, developing treatment tactics for the patient and the timing of his recovery.

The medical center was built in record time – 57 days. The total area of ​​the building was more than 5 thousand square meters. All wards of the medical institution are isolated, have special transfer boxes and a separate exit from the street.
