Resolution of October 16, 2020 No. 1697

The temporary procedure for establishing or confirming disability is extended until March 1, 2021. This resolution was signed by the Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin.

The temporary order provides for the automatic extension of a previously established disability for the next six months. It also allows you to assign a disability for the first time without a personal appeal from a citizen to the bureau of medical and social expertise. All the necessary documents are now received by the authorities using the system of electronic interdepartmental interaction.

The issue of providing disabled people with technical means of rehabilitation will also be resolved without their personal appeal.
