Two people have been charged in connection with an incident in Marlow in which a man was assaulted in a pub.

Joseph Crowe, aged 39, of no fixed abode and Claire Sullivan, aged 38, of Marlow Road, High Wycombe were charged yesterday (17/10).

Crowe was charged with one count of Grievous Bodily Harm with intent and two counts of battery.

Sullivan was charged with two counts of battery.

Crowe has been remanded in custody to appear at High Wycombe Magistrates’ Court tomorrow (19/10).

Sullivan has been released on bail to appear at High Wycombe Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday 17 November.

The charges are in connection with an incident which occurred at the Britannia pub in Marlow on Friday (16/10) in which a man was assaulted, suffering a fractured skull.
