Over time, a single cycling route will run along the entire Moskva River.

In the ZILART quarter, two bike paths will be laid along the entire length of the Marc Chagall embankment. In the near future they will become part of a large cycling route along the Moskva River. This was announced by the chief architect of Moscow Sergey Kuznetsov…

“The improvement of the Marc Chagall embankment has been thought out taking into account the interests of all residents and guests of the capital, including cyclists. It is planned to create such intersecting routes as “Magnets”, “Promenade”, “Walking Alley” and “Sport”. The latter will include bike and treadmills, playgrounds, sports equipment rental points, as well as city bike rental points, ”he said.

Anyone can come to the amphitheater, located on the Marc Chagall embankment, on their own bicycle, leaving it in a convenient bicycle parking. Bicycles with any frame height and any bike locks can be parked here.

The design of the bike parks is made in an avant-garde style, which echoes the design of the embankment. For the implementation of the project, a ready-made solution of a Czech manufacturer of outdoor furniture was taken from designers David Karashek and Radek Hegmon.

Marc Chagall embankment is a part of the green belt of parks of the former ZIL industrial zone, directly connected with the territory of residential quarters framing the Na embankment park – a green area comfortable relaxation area along the channel of the Moskva River.
