By the end of the year, more than 120 families will have moved to the newly built house.

The builders handed over for settlement a new house at the address: Frezer Highway, Building 7, Building 2. Participants of the renovation program will be able to move here – inspection orders will be offered to residents of three houses in the Nizhegorodsky district.

According to the head Department of urban planning policy of Moscow Sergei Levkin, the new building has already been registered in the cadastre. “This allows us to say with confidence that by the end of this year it will be transferred to the residents of houses at the following addresses: Frezer highway, 9, Basovskaya street, 2 and 2-ya Frezernaya street, 6 – more than 120 families in total”, – he said.

The new building has 164 apartments, one of which has been adapted for people with limited mobility. The area of ​​the entire building is almost 14 thousand square meters. At the entrance, in the premises of the ground floor and in the elevator halls, a barrier-free environment was created for future residents.

“According to the unified standards of the renovation program, residents are provided with apartments with improved finishing, public areas adjacent to the house are being improved. In the courtyard there are children’s playgrounds, playgrounds for physical education and places for recreation, ”said Sergei Levkin.

A total of 92 houses in the Nizhegorodsky district were included in the renovation program, and seven launch sites were selected for the construction of new housing.

The renovation program was approved in the capital in August 2017. It includes 5174 houses in which about a million people live. To date, 67 new buildings have been commissioned under the program in different districts of the city, and this is 900 thousand square meters of housing.
