A list of all city services that can be obtained online is posted on the website of the My Documents offices. Links to electronic services can also be found there.
Muscovites can get many government services online without visiting the My Documents offices on the mos.ru portal and in the Moscow State Services and My Moscow mobile applications. Electronic services are especially important in the context of the spread of seasonal diseases and coronavirus infection.
For example, on the mos.ru portal, you can quickly transfer data on the amount of consumed electricity. To do this, go to the “Housing, Housing and Utilities, Yard” category of the “Services” section and select the button “Taking readings and paying for electricity”… Here you need to indicate the number of the electricity meter and the number of the personal account in Mosenergosbyt (it is indicated in the receipt for payment of electricity). Information must be entered between the 15th and 26th of each month.
Mos.ru also accepts water meter readings… The service is available in the same place, in the section “Housing, Housing and Communal Services, Courtyard”. When the user begins to enter the data, the system will ask him to indicate the payer’s code (it can be found in the upper right corner on the receipt of a single payment document) and the apartment number. If this information has already been saved in the user’s personal account, it will be loaded automatically.
In addition, the readings of water meters can be sent via SMS to the short number 7377 or by phone: +7 (495) 539-25-25. It is necessary to report the readings of water meters from the 15th to the 3rd day of the month.
To find out about all charges and pay for government and commercial services without leaving your home, you can use the online service of the mos.ru portal “My payments”… It automatically finds the current user accounts (the system relies on the information filled in the personal account) and allows you to pay for them simultaneously, in one click. For the greatest convenience and quick payment for services, users can create templates for advance payments in the service and set up auto payments.
Some services on the mos.ru portal require an account confirmation. This can be done not only in any My Documents center, but also online. With a verified account, users have the opportunity to open access to electronic medical record, apply for subsidies for payment for housing and communal services and design compulsory medical insurance policy.
Residents who are eligible for benefits are offered to apply for compensation payments electronically through the mos.ru portal. The list of available services is posted in the service catalog in the section “Social support”.
In addition, the service is available on mos.ru registration or renewal of a resident parking permit… It allows you to park your car for free in the paid city parking zone within the area of residence from 20:00 to 08:00. A permit can be issued for up to three years. Families with many children are invited to apply for a preferential parking permit online.
Those who prefer to use a smartphone rather than a computer can receive services through mobile applications “Moscow State Services” and “My Moscow”. Services are available here that allow you to transmit readings of electricity and water meters, as well as receive and pay charges for housing and communal services and other city services.
The full list of services of the centers “My Documents”, available in electronic form, is published on the website md.mos.ru… Here the names of the services are collected and links are indicated where you can use them.
Now the city is seeing a rise in the incidence of COVID-19, and the number of hospitalizations has increased. A number of measures have been taken to stabilize the situation. People over 65 and those with chronic illnesses should stay at home. Since October 9, free travel on public transport has been temporarily suspended for them. Metropolitan employers are required to transfer to remote work at least 30 percent of employees, as well as all employees over 65 and people with chronic diseases.
Moscow schools went on a two-week vacation. Upon their completion, from October 19, pupils of the sixth – 11th grades will study remotely. This measure will be introduced for two weeks. Students in grades 1 through 5 will return to full-time education.
In addition, from October 19 to November 1, additional education institutions and children’s leisure organizations subordinate to the Moscow Government will not work.
Kindergartens will function as usual.
All non-governmental educational organizations are recommended to take similar measures.
