“This year the Heritage Forum will be held for the third time. For the safety of the participants, it was decided to choose the online format. However, this does not mean that the work will be less ambitious and interesting. We have prepared many new events and lectures, and we are also connecting even more regions to the forum. In the next month and a half, under the supervision of curators from the Moscow City Heritage and Moscow Architectural Institute, students will develop large-scale projects for the restoration and integration into the life of the metropolis of the ensemble of the state wine warehouse on Samokatnaya Street, “said the head of the Moscow Department of Cultural Heritage
He noted that now the ensemble of the state wine warehouse includes 10 buildings recognized as objects of cultural heritage. They all need comprehensive conservation work.
For the entire month and a half, in addition to working in teams, students will regularly attend virtual lectures, master classes and expert consultations in the field of architecture, restoration, urbanism, history, economics, law, management and sociology.
The business program of the forum is scheduled for November 24 and 25. In addition to the children, representatives of the professional community, authorities and the media will take part in it. Anyone can attend the event as listeners – electronic registration will open in November.
In addition, the forum will host a plenary session, business games, round tables and a presentation of student projects, which will be evaluated by a jury consisting of the leadership and professors of participating universities and experts, chaired by the head of the Moscow City Heritage Site. Special attention will be paid to the regional program – nine leading universities will take part in it.
